4. DONATE TO THE OAFB
While we work to build a future in which no one goes hungry, we must still act today to help people in need. Your donation will go towards acquiring and distributing fresh, healthy food for Ontarians in need.

Tweet and share our content on social media to help spread the word about hunger in Ontario.
Whether it be giving your time or lending your skills and talents, you can help give back in so many ways. Find your local food bank to learn about volunteer opportunities in your area.
7. PLAN AN EVENT
Run a fundraiser, food drive, or educational event to spread awareness about the causes of hunger – anything that gets your wider community involved in the fight against hunger.
